What's in the box?
You’re looking for a central hub for all the audio channels your product needs to handle? A microcontroller or DSP isn’t gonna cut it? Well, look no further! You’ve come to the right place. I have a little treasure chest brimming with technologies that might pique your interest.
Massive channel count
Need 1024 audio channels or even more? No problem! The right FPGA can handle them with ease.
Routing & Mixing
All the signals need to find their way to the correct destination for sure. But may I add summing to the recipe?
Diverse audio I/O formats
I2S, MADI, TDM, Dante, AES3, ADAT… There’s a whole zoo out there. No worries, I got you covered.
Hardware level meter
Sometimes you simply need to see what’s going on before you even hear it.
SPI for control
Use your favorite microcontroller to orchestrate the FPGA. SPI is not your cup of tea? Let’s talk!
Multiple clock domains
Bringing in, let’s say, a MADI stream from another audio clock? Plug in an ASRC for 64 channels! Try that with a DSP!
EQ for the rescue
Require basic audio corrections with zero latency? Why not throw some IIR filters into the signal chain?
Why work with me?
I grew up with a passion for music and audio technology tinkering with tape decks and what was back then called “computers” for as long as I can remember. A couple years later when I was aiming for my master’s degree in computer science, the first usable FPGAs hit the scene. What can I say? I was infatuated.
I speak the language of audio professionals
There’s a ton of excellent FPGA engineers out there but not many are familiar with the specific needs of the audio branch.
15+ years of experience
One might not consider me a veteran, but I may say I gave birth to a product or two. My designs have been proven rock solid in thousands and thousands of devices in the field.
No fear of the dirty work
Your prototype is not quite ready or you’re still patching jumper wires between evaluation boards? This is where the fun begins. I’m not afraid to use a soldering iron or dive into the nitty gritty parts with a scope.
